It has been noted that there are some of the boards have broken along the Hugh Paton Path and are in need of repair. Please watch your footing if you use the walk. The path was constructed through funding sourced by Auchencairn Initiative but was then adopted on completion by D&G council as a core path. They have been out to survey the path but have indicated they do not have the budget to undertake repairs at the moment. We will discuss how we can take this forward and/or fundraise.
