Maintenance and administration work
New lights have been installed in the shop.
An up to date tenant handbook completed.
An energy survey has been completed for Heughan House. Discussions have been planned to review this and decide a course of action
Funding applications and awards
Funding applications were made for
- extending the decking around the shop
- making this an enclosed seating area.
- Buying a dishwasher for the cafe
All were successful. Drawings are being developed for the enclosed decking area.
ACT e-bike project
Following a request by ACT for some space to locate a shed to store e-bikes, it has been agreed to allocate an area in the allotments for the duration of the project. ACT will provide and erect the shed as well as a gated access point.
Heughan House Extension
The design for the extension is now with D&G planning department. Funding will now be sought.
Website
We round off the year with the website being going live. As there is no chance of an in-person AGM this year, the end of year reports will be published on the site as well as circulated to the email addresses we have for current members
