We recently sent out membership forms for Auchencairn Initiative. 

To comply with current data protection regulations, we need to update our records regularly with your consent for communications and preferred contact methods.

Membership is open to everyone residing in Auchencairn. It gives you the right to elect the Board of Director/Trustees at the upcoming AGM and put forward your views on their priorities for the year ahead.  We want as many people as possible to join or remain as members, so they can influence the development of new projects and the maintenance of the fabulous community assets we have in Auchencairn.

If you want to join or were a member before 2022 and still wish to continue your membership, please could you complete a form and return to the Initiative via the green post box outside of the shop. Forms are available in the shop or email info@auchencairninitiative.org.uk and we can arrange for one to be delivered to you. If you are attending the AGM you can complete and hand the form in there.

If you would like to terminate your membership, please email us and we will delete your information held in the system.
